Trainer Quotes
Apr 2026
"She's a lunatic. She's got two speeds, standing still and flat out. She tries everyone's patience at home but has done quite well since we gave her a wind operation and changed the way we ride her. The son-in-law [Charlie Hammond] rides most of them and the daughter isn't very pleased when he's on her because she's quite scary to watch. It's going to get tougher for her now because she's rated 102. There's a race at Stratford for her and those tight tracks suit her. Good luck to anybody trying to work out how to ride against her. 01-04-26"

How do odds work? The first number is what you win, the second is what you bet. So 5/2 means you win £5 for every £2. 4/1 means you win £4 for every £1. The bigger the first number, the less likely bookmakers think the horse will win — but the more you'd win if it does.
