"A nice colt who did well last year for an immature type. He's done well over the winter and could go to Chester or Lingfield for a Derby trial. He'll stay very well and I'm pleased with him. 27-04-26"
"He's very good. He won his last two races last year, including the Futurity at the Curragh, but then had a mishap and missed the rest of the season. Roger [Quinlan] was very happy with him at the Curragh on Sunday. He could go the French Derby route. 31-03-26"
"He won three last year, including the Futurity Trophy at Doncaster. He went very well at the Curragh on Sunday. Dean [Gallagher] rode him and he was very happy with him. Ryan worked him during the week too and was very happy. He'll be trained for Epsom or France, but listening to the lads he could go for the French Derby and have a trial for it. He'd be very comfortable at a mile and a quarter and is a very good horse. 31-03-26"
How do odds work? The first number is what you win, the second is what you bet. So 5/2 means you win £5 for every £2. 4/1 means you win £4 for every £1. The bigger the first number, the less likely bookmakers think the horse will win — but the more you'd win if it does.
