The last success came six months ago at Wolverhampton on 30 January 2026, a respectable sprint victory that now feels like ancient history. Since then, the form has been patchy. In the last six races, the best result is a fourth place; the rest reads like a procession of middle-of-the-field finishes—eighth, eleventh, fifth, tenth, sixth. It is the sort of run that tests a trainer's patience. John Gallagher, who trains the horse from Chastleton in Oxon, will be hoping for the ground to dry out again, because that is genuinely when this horse improves.
