Thaluna races for William Haggas's Newmarket yard, one of Britain's most successful operations — they have sent out 170 winners already this season. That counts for something, but it also means the horse is in an environment where results are expected. At three years old, Thaluna still has time to develop, and the fact it was raced just a day ago suggests the yard believe there is still progress to be made. For now, though, it remains a horse that shows enough to be interesting without yet proving it can deliver consistently.
