What stands out is her recent form. After winning a Class 2 race at Newmarket on October 4th last year, she has raced six times without another victory. Her last six runs read 6-3-5-2-7-1, which is a mixed bag: a third place and two seconds sit alongside finishes well down the field. That Newmarket win came on wet, muddy ground — conditions she appears to relish. Her first career victory, at Salisbury in October 2024, also came on heavy ground, and her trainer P Twomey has noted that she needs the ground to have some moisture in it to run her best race. On faster, drier surfaces, she simply does not perform as well.

Twomey, based in Cashel, Co Tipperary, has sent out 35 winners this season and clearly sees potential in her. Before her recent races, he noted she had done well over the winter and would probably run in a trial, with the ground being crucial to her chances. The owners' representative suggested after her Newmarket win that the dream would be to earn "black type" — racing shorthand for a top-class placing that adds value to a horse's record. The alternative mentioned was the December sales, which hints that even the yard were keeping their options open about her future. At this stage, she is a useful handicap horse on the right ground, but not yet a horse that has convinced anyone she belongs in the very top tier.
