The numbers tell the story of quiet excellence. Twelve wins from 65 races means he wins roughly one in every five and a half attempts, which is perfectly solid for a horse competing mostly at Class 4 level. But the real magic happens at two courses. Hamilton Park is practically his second home—he has won five races there since his first success in June 2022, including two victories back-to-back in July and August 2024. Even more impressive is Carlisle, where he has managed two wins from just three attempts. Those are the kinds of figures that make a trainer's eyes light up when the fixture list comes out.

What sets him apart is his affinity for fast, dry ground. On such surfaces, he wins at 35 percent—seven victories from twenty races—which is substantially above his overall average. The horse clearly has a preference, and Jim Goldie, his trainer at Uplawmoor in Lanarkshire, seems to have learned to read that preference well. When Paul Mulrennan gets the ride, things work out particularly nicely: the jockey has won seven of seventeen races aboard him, a 41 percent win rate that suggests genuine understanding between horse and rider.

Recent form shows he is not past his best. A third place just three runs ago, a fourth place in his most recent outing a day ago, and a win at Ayr six weeks ago suggest he remains genuinely competitive. At an age when most horses are turning to grass, Jordan Electrics is still turning heads. The plan to target races like the Ayr Gold Cup—one of the biggest autumn handicaps in Scotland—shows a horse whose the yard still believe there is significant racing left in the tank.
