That Goodwood victory is significant: it shows Ghost Mode isn't just competitive at one course but can perform when it matters at different tracks. Trained by Andrew Balding at Kingsclere in Hampshire, it has the backing of a yard that has sent out 202 winners already this season, so there is serious horsepower behind the operation.

That is the mark of a genuine Class 2 performer: consistent enough to place regularly, capable enough to win when conditions align, and active enough to race again just a day after the most recent outing.
