The horse's last win came three months ago at Doncaster on 16 May 2026, which at least proves it can still find the line when things align. Before that, recent form has been patchy: eighth, fourth, tenth, seventh, first, and fourth. That victory now sits three races back, and the scattered results either side suggest Bizarre Law is the sort of runner that needs the right race, the right ground, the right jockey, and probably a fair bit of luck all landing at once. Trainer Michael Herrington, based at Willoughton in Lincolnshire, has been sending out 33 winners this season, so the yard knows how to get horses ready, but Bizarre Law has not been one of them.

The horse does have a pattern worth noting: at distances between seven furlongs and a mile, it has won 2 of 12 races—a 17 percent win rate that stands out against its overall 9 percent. That's roughly one win in every six races over those trips, suggesting Bizarre Law has found some form when the distance suits. David Probert, its most frequent rider with 11 mounts aboard, has won twice together at an 18 percent rate, which is marginally better than the horse's baseline. Neither of those numbers transforms Bizarre Law into a prospect, but they hint at conditions under which it performs slightly above its usual standard. For now, it remains the definition of a journeyman: competent enough to earn its place in the entries week after week, but never quite reliable enough to be anyone's first choice.
