Win rate and top-3 rate will show once this horse has raced.
The horse is in the hands of Philip Hobbs and Johnson White at their Bilbrook yard in Somerset, a partnership that has already sent out 37 winners this season. That's the kind of record that speaks to a well-run operation with good material to work with and the skill to get horses ready. Vernon's debut will be the moment when all the stable's preparation work gets its first real test, and there is always a special interest in watching an untried horse step into a race for the first time — you never quite know what you're going to get.
