Chelmsford clearly suits something about the way this horse moves, whether that is the artificial surface, the track's sweeping bends, or simply the distances on offer there. A horse that is fit, placed recently, and loves a particular track is exactly the kind of horse a knowledgeable friend would quietly mention before a Chelmsford card. Twitch is that horse.
