Truckers Cruising
Truckers Cruising is an 8-year-old horse trained by
Gordon Elliott at Longwood in County Meath, competing under one of the most successful yards in Ireland. Elliott's operation has sent out 210 winners this season alone, so this horse runs in genuinely high-quality company. That context matters when you look at Truckers Cruising's record: one win and two places from 18 races, a win rate of roughly 1 in every 17 starts.

🔍 Full analysis
Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The horse's sole victory came at Ayr on 1 December 2025, nearly nine months ago now. Since that breakthrough win, Truckers Cruising has raced six times without getting back to the winner's enclosure, though a couple of placed finishes suggest it remains competitive. The recent form reads –-5-–-–-–-6, showing mostly mid-field efforts with one sixth-place finish in the last six starts. Racing just a day ago, the horse remains active and in the mix, but the long absence from victory underlines how tough the competition is at Elliott's yard and how hard it is to win races at this level, even for horses trained by one of Ireland's master horsemen.
