Chamings tends to place the horse in Class 5 company — the bread-and-butter level of British racing, a long way from the big occasions — and at that level the win rate drops to just 1 from 15 attempts (around 7%). That tells you this is a horse that competes honestly but often finds one or two too good on the day.

The combination with jockey Harry Davies is worth noting. In 6 races together they have won twice — that is 1 in every 3 rides, or 33%, which is a striking number in a sport where even top partnerships rarely win more than 1 in 4. When Davies is in the saddle, something clearly clicks. The horse also has a strong preference for normal conditions underfoot, winning 2 from 6 races on standard ground, and it finds its best form over distances between seven furlongs and a mile — 3 of its 17 races at those trips have resulted in wins, a rate of 18%, or roughly 1 in 5.

The most recent of those wins came at Epsom Downs on 25 August 2025, which was just over nine months ago now. Epsom is one of British racing's most famous venues, a track full of gradients and cambers that not every horse handles well — winning there means something. Since that day, recent form shows a run of 2-1-17-4-11-3 in reverse, which includes a fine second and that Epsom victory, but also a couple of difficult outings. The horse raced just yesterday, so it is right in the thick of an active campaign. Whether another win is coming soon, the record suggests it is never far away.
