Sonyourastar
Sonyourastar is a six-year-old that has never quite found the winner's circle, despite seven attempts on the track. The horse has picked up two places from those races — finishing second or third — but has yet to cross the line first. With a recent run just yesterday, it remains an active runner in the yard.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The horse is trained by Olly Murphy at Wilmcote in Warwickshire, a stable that has had a strong season with 146 winners so far. Murphy's yard clearly knows how to train winners, even if Sonyourastar has not yet delivered one of its own. Looking at the last six races, the form has been inconsistent: a third place and a second place mixed in among some further back finishes, including a couple of eighth-place efforts. That second-place finish is the most encouraging sign — it shows the horse is capable of running well on its day — but the pattern suggests Sonyourastar may have found its ceiling at a modest level of racing. At six years old, time is not necessarily on its side if it is still searching for that first win.
