Her most recent win came in May at Thirsk, five months ago, since when form has drifted—sixth, second, sixth, third, third, fourth across her last six outings. Jockey Graham Lee, who rode her to one of those earlier wins a couple of years ago, has a solid working partnership with her, winning at just over 17 percent of their rides together. What is plain is that Run This Way is a creature of conditions—give her the wet ground she craves and a track that suits, particularly Ripon, and she becomes a different proposition.
