She tends to be campaigned in Class 5 races, the bread-and-butter level of British racing, where she has won 1 from 7 — roughly 1 in 7. That modest return is not the whole story, though, because when trainer Edward Bethell has stepped her up in distance to around a mile and a furlong to a mile and two furlongs, she transforms. At that range she has won 2 from 5 races — 40%, or nearly 1 in every 2. That is a striking difference and suggests the longer trips genuinely suit how she travels and finishes. Bethell, who operates out of Middleham in North Yorkshire and has sent out 59 winners this season alone, clearly knows what he is doing with her.

What really sharpens her is wet ground. Bethell has said she needs soft, muddy conditions to show her best, and the team have been prepared to wait for the right weather rather than run her on fast ground and get nothing from it. That kind of patient management — fitting the race to the horse rather than the other way round — is exactly why she delivered her biggest result yet. On 2 October 2025, she won a Class 2 race at Nottingham, one of the better contests she has entered, and did it the hard way. Jockey Warren Fentiman said afterwards that she had every reason to stop when he asked her to quicken, but she kept digging in and tried her heart out. That is the sort of attitude trainers dream about — a horse that competes even when the task gets tough.

She last raced just yesterday, so she is very much in the thick of her season. With two wins from 12 races — winning roughly 1 in every 6 — she is not a horse who wins easily, but given how often she places and how well she performs at the right trip in the right conditions, there is clearly more to come from her.
