Win rate and top-3 rate will show once this horse has raced.
What matters most is that National Anthem is trained by John and Thady Gosden at their Newmarket base in Suffolk. The yard has already sent out 140 winners this season, which speaks to the quality of horses they train and the skill with which they prepare them. The Gosdens do not send out untested juveniles lightly, so simply being in their care at debut is a strong signal. Whether National Anthem will develop into anything special remains to be seen — that is what racing is. But this is a horse worth watching.
