Three wins sit inside his last six races, but sandwiched around them are a seventh and a second-to-last finish — a reminder that he is not entirely consistent. Tate was candid after his most recent win at Thirsk in April 2025, saying they were hoping for better on the previous run and were relieved to get it. He also noted that Majestic Warrior ended up making his own running that day — essentially setting the pace himself — which is not always ideal, but he delivered regardless. That kind of gritty performance, winning without a perfect setup, often signals a horse with real quality.

The one note of caution is that Thirsk win came roughly twelve months ago, and Majestic Warrior has not raced since — around six months off the track. A long break can mean anything from a minor setback to careful planning. Tate has spoken about aiming him at black-type level this summer, which in racing terms means the prestigious, high-profile races that leave a permanent mark on a horse's record. If Majestic Warrior can rediscover the form that made him look so promising, he could be one to follow closely when he finally returns.
