Looka

The first breakthrough came at Kempton Park back in August 2025, and that early success clearly meant something — it proved Looka could do the job at a proper racecourse. Since then, the horse has been genuinely competitive. Recent form reads 8-1-5-5-1-6 (most recent first), which tells a story of a horse that wins, runs well, then has a hard race or two, then bounces back to win again. That's the pattern of a horse learning its trade. Three weeks is also recent enough to suggest Looka is sharp and actively campaigned by the yard.

Marco Botti's Newmarket training operation has sent out 45 winners this season, a decent tally that shows the yard knows how to get horses ready. Looka is currently active — it raced just a day ago — so whatever happens next, this is a horse very much in work and being given opportunities to show what it can do. For a three-year-old with a one-in-three win rate and a recent victory to its name, that's exactly where you want to be.
