There are, however, a few patterns worth noting. Judge Frank performs noticeably better on normal, standard ground than on anything else—winning two of ten races (one in five) when conditions are neither especially wet nor rock hard. The horse also seems to suit a middle distance; races between seven furlongs and a mile have produced one win from seven attempts. At Class 6 level—lower-grade competitive racing—Judge Frank has won two of ten races, suggesting the horse competes most meaningfully at this tier. The partnership with regular jockey Rob Hornby has not yet delivered a winner across five rides together, which may hint that a change of tactics or rider could be worth exploring. Judge Frank raced just a day ago and remains in active training, so there is still time for the horse to rediscover the form that led to those two earlier victories.
