Itszaboy

Trained by Nigel Tinkler at Langton in North Yorkshire, Itszaboy runs in a yard that has been firing on all cylinders this season, sending out 37 winners. That's a strong operation, and the fact that Tinkler hasn't yet cracked this one with a victory says something about where the horse sits in the hierarchy of the stable. Recent form has been patchy: in the last six races, it has managed a second place but otherwise finished in mid-field or lower, with finishes of 7-8-5-2-5-6. Still, the horse is active — it raced just a day ago — so the yard are persisting with it and clearly believe there's something there worth continuing to develop. For now, though, Itszaboy remains a work in progress.
