The horse's partnership with jockey Ryan Sexton tells a similar story: from seven rides together, the pair has managed just one win, a 14% win rate that edges slightly above the horse's overall record but hardly suggests a winning combination has been found.

Julie Camacho's Norton yard has been in strong form this season — 46 winners is respectable — but Infinity Blue remains very much the outlier in that record. At five years old, the horse is still young enough for a resurgence, and the fact that it raced just a day ago shows it remains active and competitive.
