Trained by Anthony Honeyball out of his yard in Mosterton, Dorset, Fountains Blenheim is in good hands. Honeyball's team has sent out 51 winners already this season — that is a yard firing on all cylinders, and horses from that stable tend to arrive at the track fit, ready, and with a plan. The first career win came at Fontwell Park in March 2025, and the most recent came at Windsor on New Year's Day 2026 — a lovely way to start a year.
That Windsor win was four months ago, and recent form reads 5-2-blank-blank-1-3 from the last six runs. The two blanks suggest a couple of rough outings in the middle of that sequence, but the horse bounced back with that Windsor victory and has since finished second — so the talent is clearly still there. Racing at Class 4 level, Fountains Blenheim has won 1 from 3 at that grade, which again tracks at around 1 in 3. That is a solid record at a competitive level without yet being tested at the very top tier.
Having raced just yesterday, this is a horse very much in the thick of an active campaign. Whether another win is coming soon will depend on how the team manages the schedule, but with Honeyball's yard in such strong form and a horse this consistent at its level, it would be unwise to write off another trip to the winner's enclosure before long.
