Finding a horse's ideal trip is half the battle in this sport, and trainer David Evans, based at Pandy in Monmouthshire, appears to have found exactly that. Evans has been in fine form this season with 37 winners from his yard, and Dovey Moon looks like one of his more interesting projects.
