The pattern becomes clearer when you look at where this horse performs best. On dry, fast ground, Arabian Force has a 40% win rate — that is two wins from five races, genuinely strong form. Put it on wet or muddy ground, and it struggles to win. The distance matters too: at races between one mile one furlong and one mile two furlongs, it has won half its races (2 from 4). These are the conditions where Arabian Force shows its class, and yet somehow it has not capitalised on them recently. William Haggas, the trainer at Newmarket, has sent out 170 winners this season from a powerful yard, but even his expertise has not unlocked another victory for this horse.

What makes the current form particularly frustrating is the near-misses. Its last six races read 6-6-3-3-3-3 — that is two sixth places and four third-place finishes. The horse is running consistently, staying competitive, but failing to find the winning post. It has never won at the highest level, having managed zero victories from four races in top-class company. The gap between what Arabian Force is capable of — winning at good odds on the right ground and distance — and what it is delivering right now suggests a horse stuck in a waiting game, one that needs everything to line up exactly right to break its losing streak.
