Yasuo Tomomichi

That single runner tells its own story. This is a very small operation at an early stage, and one race is nowhere near enough to draw conclusions about what Tomomichi might become as a trainer. Every yard has to start somewhere, and some of the most respected names in the sport spent their early years quietly building before results came.

For now, Tomomichi is one to watch rather than one to judge. The next runner out of his yard will be worth paying attention to — if only because it will be only the second of his career.
