Zaryagle

Zaryagle is a five-year-old still hunting for a first win after one outing that resulted in 11th place. Trained by P J Rothwell at Tinahely in County Wicklow, the horse is clearly still in active work — it raced just a day ago. Rothwell's yard has been productive this season, sending out 35 winners, so there is clearly experience and know-how on hand. For a horse at this stage of its career with a blank record, the next few races will be telling in determining whether Zaryagle has the ability to break through and win, or whether it is simply outmatched at the level it is competing.
