Trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien at Ballyroe in County Tipperary, Yogini is part of a yard that has already sent out 31 winners this season, so she has experience and support behind her. At this early stage of her career, a horse without a win but with placed finishes is not unusual — it often takes time to find the right race and the right circumstances. The fact that she was back out competing just a day after her most recent run shows she is holding up well physically and the yard feels she has more to offer. Time will tell whether that second-place finish proves to be a sign of something clicking into place.
