Welcome Back
Five races, no wins, no places — Welcome Back has yet to give its supporters much to shout about. The 6-year-old has recorded finishes of sixth, eleventh, and ninth in its three completed runs, with two races where no finishing position was recorded, suggesting early exits from those contests. It is not the kind of form that inspires confidence.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Trained by Cian Collins out of Navan in Co Meath, Welcome Back at least runs for a yard that knows how to win. Collins has sent out 20 winners this season, so the firepower is clearly there — this particular horse just hasn't found a way to tap into it yet. With a race as recently as yesterday, Welcome Back is firmly in active campaign mode, and Collins is clearly still looking for the right opportunity to unlock something from this horse.
At 6 years old, time is not necessarily running out, but the pressure is quietly building to find a race where Welcome Back can finally justify the faith being shown by keeping it in training.
