Trained by John Andrew Kinsella out of Rathdrum in County Wicklow, Voladora Nora is part of a yard that has sent out 5 winners already this season, so the team clearly knows how to get a horse ready to perform. Whether Voladora Nora can add to that tally remains to be seen, but she raced just yesterday, meaning she is fit, active, and in the middle of a campaign rather than at the start of one.
The honest truth is that four races without a win, and with finishing positions of 8, 5, 3, and 4, paint the picture of a horse still searching for the right opportunity. The improving trajectory — from the back of the field to placing — is at least something to hold onto, and at five years old she is not without time to find a race that suits her.
