Up The Hill

Gundry trains out of Ottery St Mary in Devon, and her yard has sent out four winners this season, so the infrastructure and knowhow are there. Up The Hill just hasn't clicked yet. Three runs without troubling the judge is a thin record to draw conclusions from, and the most recent outing was 29 days ago, meaning the horse is still active and presumably being prepared for another crack at it.

There is not a great deal more to say at this stage — this is a horse still looking for its moment. Whether that moment comes depends on finding the right race at the right time. Plenty of horses have taken longer than three runs to figure things out.
