Trishuli River

The overall career record of 4 wins and 12 places from 29 races — a win rate of around 14%, or roughly 1 in every 7 races — might not leap off the page, but it undersells how consistent Trishuli River can be. Sixteen of those 29 races have produced a top-three finish, which means the horse is competitive far more often than it wins. It tends to be there or thereabouts; it just does not always get the job done. The most productive conditions have been normal ground, where the horse has won 4 of 18 races — that 22% win rate, or roughly 1 in 5, is meaningfully better than its overall average, suggesting it wants the ground riding as it should rather than anything soft or testing underfoot. The most recent win came at Dundalk in December 2025, seven months ago, and the recent form string shows a third and a second among the last six runs — the horse is not far off. If Hassett is back in the saddle and Dundalk is on the card, this is precisely the combination that has worked before.
