Tribal Belle

Tribal Belle is a 3-year-old still finding her feet on the racecourse. She has yet to break her duck across two outings, finishing sixth most recently and tenth before that. Both runs came in quick succession, suggesting her trainer G. O'Leary is testing her out and looking for the right race to suit her. The Kildare yard has been in decent form this season, sending out 11 winners, so there is clearly some nous in the operation. At this early stage of her career, with minimal racing experience, Tribal Belle remains very much a work in progress, and those early defeats tell us nothing definitive about her prospects. The gaps between runs are tight, which means O'Leary is keen to keep her active and learning rather than leave her idle.
