The real test will come under saddle. Tribal Belle is trained by Gerard O'Leary at his yard in Kildare, and while the operation is relatively modest in scale, the stable has already sent out 11 winners this season, which shows O'Leary knows how to prepare a horse for the track. A debut is always a guessing game — some horses take to racing straight away, others need time to settle — but at least the horse is going out from a yard that's had recent success.
