Trained by Daisy Hitchins out of Sherborne in Dorset, a yard that has already sent out 14 winners this season, Toolatetonegotiate competes mostly at Class 5 level — the bread-and-butter end of the sport, where the fields are competitive and winning isn't easy. At that level, two wins from 17 races tells you this isn't a horse that dominates its grade, but it's one that keeps showing up. Nineteen places from 31 races means it has finished in the top three more than half the time, which is the mark of a horse that competes honestly and rarely runs a shocker.

The partnership with jockey Millie Wonnacott is worth noting. Together they've won 3 of their 10 races — that's 30%, or nearly 1 in every 3 times they've lined up together — which is a striking number at any level of the sport. When those two team up, something clearly clicks.

Recent form is encouraging too. Looking at the last six runs from most recent backwards — a win, then a second, a third, a fourth, and two thirds — you're looking at a horse that has found its way back to the top of the results after a mid-sequence wobble. The most recent victory came at Bath just four weeks ago, on 22 May 2026, and with the horse having raced as recently as yesterday, the team clearly has it in good order. The first career win came at Lingfield Park back in September 2025, and there's every reason to think that track will keep featuring in the story — whenever Toolatetonegotiate heads back there, pay attention.
