Telegraphic is a two-year-old with a win to his name and a yard that knows exactly what it's doing. Trained by Charlie Johnston at Middleham Moor in North Yorkshire, he broke through at Brighton back in July — a debut winner, which immediately marked him out as a horse with some talent. Since then, though, he's had a rougher ride. His record stands at one win and two places from five races, which means he's won roughly one in every five outings. His last three runs have been tough: a seventh, then a seventeenth, then a second-place finish, before he managed a win and a fourth earlier in his recent form.
