That is a horse building into form rather than falling out of it.

Tamzan runs under Marcus Tregoning, a trainer whose yard has sent out four winners already this season. Tregoning is known for patient, considered handling of young horses, and with Tamzan having raced just 10 times at three, there is clearly a plan being followed here.
