Her first career win came at Beverley in late June, breaking her duck after a handful of attempts. The more important victory arrived at Leicester on 9 August, just six weeks ago, showing she can repeat the trick and that her first success was no fluke. Since that Leicester win, she has raced twice more and finished fourth and third respectively—solid efforts that suggest she remains competitive even when the winner's enclosure eluded her. He is being trained by Marcus Tregoning, whose yard has already sent out four winners this season, a sign the operation is in decent form. With Tamzan still active and racing regularly, there is every reason to think she will add to her tally. At three years old, she has time on her side, and a horse that can win roughly once every six or seven races on a yard that is firing is one to keep an eye on.
