What works in her favour is who has her in training. Dermot Weld's yard at the Curragh in Co Kildare is one of Irish racing's most respected operations, and with 21 winners already on the board this season, it's clearly a yard firing on all cylinders. A horse in that environment, being prepared by a trainer who knows how to get results, is at least in the right hands to find improvement. The most recent of her two races was just yesterday, so she is very much an active runner at this stage of her career — still learning, still developing.
At this point Sunatia is more of a horse to keep an eye on than one to get excited about, but two races is a very small sample. Plenty of horses take time to put it all together, and with Weld's team behind her, the opportunity to do so is certainly there.
