Squib

Squib is still hunting for a breakthrough after two outings without success. The 4-year-old has finished outside the top three in both races to date, most recently trailing home sixth just a day ago, before that running ninth. With Joe Tizzard's stable at Milborne Port in Dorset firing on all cylinders this season—52 winners already—there is clearly quality in the yard to help horses find their form. For Squib, the key now is to find the right race and conditions to get off the mark. The horse is active and still racing regularly, which suggests the team believes there is improvement to come.
