Look at the recent form in reverse and you can see the trajectory clearly: a ninth, then a fifth, then a third, and now a first. That is a horse getting better race by race, learning what is being asked of it and responding. A 25% win rate — one win from every four races — is respectable at any age, but for a two-year-old still in the early chapters of its career, it suggests there is more to come.
