He is trained by K A Ryan at Hambleton in North Yorkshire, which is a yard in strong form this season — 45 winners already, which suggests this is a competitive, well-run operation that knows how to place horses where they can win. That matters for a young horse still finding his feet. Being in a yard that is firing on all cylinders at least means Sir Sirius is in good hands while he figures things out.
