Sherry Eyed is a two-year-old with one race under its belt, finishing fourth on its debut just a day ago. The horse is trained by
Mrs John Harrington at her yard in Moone, Co Kildare, which has already saddled 53 winners this season — a strong operation with plenty of form. With only a single outing so far, there is little to say yet about where this horse is headed, but the trainer's track record suggests the team knows what they are doing. Early days still, and a fourth-place finish on debut is hardly a disaster for a young horse just starting out.
