She's Got A Way

She's Got A Way is a young horse still finding her feet on the track. The two-year-old has run twice so far without a win, though she did finish third in her most recent race just a day ago. Before that she ran fourth, suggesting she is beginning to settle into racing and edge closer to a breakthrough. K. R. Burke's stable at Coverham in North Yorkshire is a serious operation—the yard has already saddled 145 winners this season—so there is clearly confidence in the horse's potential, even at this early stage. For a horse this young with only two races under her belt, form is still very much in flux, and a place finish shows she belongs in races and can be competitive when it matters.
