Severn Councils
Severn Councils is a two-year-old still finding its way in racing, with two runs under its belt and no wins or places yet. The horse finished eighth most recently, a day ago, and seventh in the race before that—results that suggest it is still learning the ropes at this early stage of its career.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Trained by Richard Hughes at Upper Lambourn in Berkshire, Severn Councils has the backing of a yard in fine form. Hughes has sent out 60 winners already this season, so the horse is in experienced hands. For a young horse still winless after just two races, there is nothing unusual about the record—plenty of talented animals take time to break their duck. Whether Severn Councils has the ability to turn things around will become clear as it gets more racing under its belt and gains the seasoning that only competition can provide.
