Senor Diaz

He raced just yesterday, so whatever happened is fresh in the memory of anyone who followed him. His most regular partner in the saddle is Micheal Nolan, but their six races together have produced no wins either, suggesting the issue lies with the horse rather than the rider.

Senor Diaz competes almost exclusively at Class 5, which is the entry level of British racing — the races where horses who struggle to win elsewhere come to find their level. Even there, he hasn't managed a winner from six attempts. At seven years old, with no wins on the board and no obvious upward trend in his form, the honest assessment is that Senor Diaz is a horse who gives his the yard plenty of days at the races without giving them much to celebrate.
