Sassy Boom
Sassy Boom is a 3-year-old still searching for that first winner. The horse has raced five times without breaking through into the frame yet, finishing outside the placed positions in every outing. Recent form shows a horse working hard but not yet finding the answer, with finishes of 9th, 8th, 10th, 12th, and 10th across the last five races. The gap between breaking the tape and getting beaten narrowed to just one place in that eighth-place finish, suggesting there is competitive running in there somewhere.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Trained by Claire O'Connell at Ashbourne, Sassy Boom is part of a yard that has already sent out four winners this season. With another race just a day ago, the horse is clearly being kept active—a sign the the yard believe there is more to come. At this early stage of a racing career, that persistence often pays off. Many horses take time to piece it all together, and for a 3-year-old still finding its feet, the next race could be the turning point.
