Sadies Diamond

The recent form is mixed. In the last six races, there have been two second-place finishes and a third, which shows flashes of something close to a breakthrough. But the horse also failed to place in three of those outings, and hasn't won in any of them. Ridden most often by Paddy Hanlon—they've run together eight times without a victory—Sadies Diamond tends to compete in Class 5 races, the lower tiers of racing. Even at that level, winning has proved elusive: 0 wins from 5 Class 5 attempts. For a horse pushing towards eight years old, the absence of a winner's enclosure visit across twenty starts is becoming a real concern. The horse was in action just a day ago, so it remains actively campaigned, but without a win on the board, patience from the yard will eventually wear thin.
