The horse broke through for its first win at Gowran Park in mid-September and hasn't looked back. A second victory at Roscommon last week shows it can win on different tracks and keeps doing so. Thomas Gibney's yard at Trim, in County Meath, has sent out five winners this season, and Ryefield Dasher looks like it could contribute more to that tally. Recent form tells the story: a win, a place, a fifth, another fifth, a fourteenth, and most recently a sixth—there's been some inconsistency mixed in, which is typical for a young horse still learning its trade, but the two wins in that stretch are the real headline. This is a horse that runs often and doesn't shirk competition, and with a win just yesterday, it's clearly still in active training and being given chances to add to its record.
