The horse runs for trainer Tim Easterby, whose Great Habton yard in North Yorkshire has been in excellent form this season, sending out 128 winners already. That kind of record suggests the infrastructure is in place for improvement, though Rule of The Agency will need to show genuine development to break through. At two years old, there is still time for this horse to find its feet, but the lack of any wins so far means it remains unproven at a level where early success matters. The focus now will be on whether it can build on that single top-three finish and start recording victories before its juvenile season draws to a close.
