Roohu
Roohu is a four-year-old still finding its feet. The horse made its debut just a day ago and finished fifth, which is a straightforward start for a young runner stepping into a race for the first time. With no wins or placings yet from that single outing, there is clearly plenty to learn, but a single race tells almost nothing about what a horse might become.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Trainer Jessica Bedi, based at Kirklevington in North Yorkshire, will be plotting the next steps. Her yard has produced 2 winners this season, which suggests a working operation with horses capable of getting to the line first. Bedi will have seen enough in Roohu's debut to know whether the horse is worth persisting with or whether another race might suit it better. For now, Roohu remains active and in work — and that fifth place finish is simply where the journey begins.
