Romidijo

The recent form tells the story. Romidijo has finished second twice in the last six runs and third once, with a seventh-place finish most recently. That's solid, consistent effort from a young horse, but the timing always seems to be a fraction off. Trained by Charlie Clover at Newmarket, the horse is part of a yard that has already sent out 24 winners this season, so there's clearly expertise in place to get horses winning. Whether Romidijo will break through soon or remain one of those frustrating horses that battles away in the placings without a breakthrough victory remains to be seen. The horse is still active and racing regularly, so there will be plenty of opportunities ahead.
