The two have teamed up ten times together and are yet to find the winner's enclosure, which at this point makes them one of racing's more loyal but unrewarded combinations. Road To Rosley typically lines up in Class 4 races — a level that sits comfortably in the middle of the sport's ladder, neither the elite end nor the very bottom — and has drawn a blank in all seven races at that level.

Racing just yesterday and clearly still in active training, this is a horse whose team clearly hasn't given up on finding the right opportunity. Whether that opportunity ever comes is the open question. Some horses find their moment eventually; others are simply happier participants than winners. Road To Rosley, for now, falls firmly into the second category — but it keeps showing up, and in racing, that counts for something.
